WITNESSETH: That the said Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the use of the herein conveyed premises for widening a public street in the City of Auburn, State of Washington, conveys and forever quitclaims and by these presents does convey and forever quitclaim unto the said Party of the Second Part, its successors and assigns, all its right, title and interest in the following described property situate in the City of Auburn, State of Washington. A 20-foot strip of land described as follows; Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 5 East of the Willamette Meridian, County of King, State of Washington; thence, South 00 59' 56" West (along the East line of said Section 29);200.03 feet to a point; thence North 890 24' 21" West 20.00 feet to a point; thence North 00 59' 56" East 837.33 feet to the South line of Washington State primary State Highway No. 5; thence continuing along said South line South 89° 45' 00" East 20.00 feet to the East line of Section 20, Township 21 North, Range 5 East of the Willamette Meridian; thence continuing along said East line of said Section 20 South 00 59' 56" West 637.42 feet to the point of beginning.
