HOWARD the following -described real estate, situated in the County of King, State of Washington: PARCEL A: The east half of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter, Section 33, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M. PARCEL B: The_northeast.quarter of the southeast quarter, EXCEPT the south 30 feet and the east 30 feet thereof, in Section 33, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.
