WARRANTY DEED
THE GRANTORS, WM. F. HOWARD and EVA MAE HOWARD, his wife, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in
hand paid, convey and warrant to EL PASO NATURAL GAS COMPANY, its successors
and assigns, the following described real estate situated in the County of
King, State of Washington:
The East half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter (E;jSE3NE'k) and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter (NE4SE'k) of Section 33, Township 21 North, Range 5
East, W.M.; EXCEPT the South 30 feet and the East 30 feet of
the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE'aS, Ek) of
said Section 33; and also EXCEPT the following described tract:
A strip of land 120.0 feet in width, being 40.0 feet westerly
and 80.0 feet easterly of the following described surveyline;
beginning at a point on the West boundary of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE4SE4) of Section 33, Town-
ship 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., said point bears South 49*32'
West a distance of 1,657.2 feet from a 1-inch iron pipe and
rock pile for the East Quarter corner of said Section 33; thence
North 39*06' East a distance of 425.8 feet; thence North 38*50'
East a distance of 1,527.8 feet; thence North 39*04' East a
distance of 60.5 feet to a point on the East boundary of said
Section 33, said point bears northerly along said boundary a
distance of 492.1 feet from the East Quarter corner of said
Section 33.
RESERVING for the benefit of the present and
future owners of the following -described
dominant estate:
The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter and the West half of the South-
east quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 33, Township 21 North, Range 5
East, W.M.;

a non-exclusive easement over the East 60 fee �'`� l�'i 41
of the West 175 feet of said Northeast Quarter �9
of the Southeast Quarter (NE4SE4) for ingress
and egress and the construction and maintenance
of a road therefor, which shall be so constructed,
maintained, and used as not to interfere with the
Grantee's present or future pipelines; this re-
servation shall expire when access to said dominant
estate becomes available over a public road or roads,
TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive easement for the benefit of the
present and future owners, for ingress and egress and the construction
and maintenance of roads therefor, over the south 30 feet and the east
30 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE4SE4) of
Section 33, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., until such time as
adequate public roads become available for convenient access to the
Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE4SE'k) and the East half
of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (VOEJOEW of said
Section 33.
