The Grantors, by order of the King County Superior'Court, in
King County Cause Number 571823, were authorized and directed to
convey to the, Grantee the real estate hereinafter described, and by
virtue and in execution of the power and authority vested in them by
said order and of every other power and authority hereto enabling such
conveyance and in consideration of the, sum of one dollar ($1.00), the
receipt of which is herewith acknow I edged, hereby convey and qu.i t.-- c I a i m
to the Grantee the following described real estate situated in the City
of Auburn, County of King, State of. Washington, to wit:
Commencing 2 rods East of the.Southeast corner
of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
