THE GRANTOR, THOMAS A RIBLING, executor of the estate of Charles A. Ribling,
deceased, King County Probate Cause Number E203190,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Valuable Consideration
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King, State of
Washington: _
FOR STREET PURPOSES
A 30 foot wide strip of land lying 30 feet Southerly of and measured at right
angles to the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly margin of E.E. Harvey Road with
the South line of Floods First Addition according to the plat thereof recorded
in Volume 45 of Plats, Page 63, records of King County, Washington; thence
North 84°23'08" East along the South line of said Floods First Addition to a
point 30.00 feet West of the East line of said Floods First Addition, said
point being the P.C. of a curve to the left having-a•radius of 200.24 feet, a
central angle of 14°14'01", and tangent bearing of North 84°23'08" East; thence
Northeasterly along said curve 49.74 feet; thence North 70.09'07" East 11.77
feet to the P.C. of a curve to the right having a tangent bearing of North 70°
09'07" East, a central angle of 14°2'21" and a radius of 203.04 feet; thence
along said curve 49.75 feet to a point on the South line of the North 1056 feet
of the South 1485 feet of William Brannon Donation Land Claim No. 37 situated
in King County, Washington.
And also the following described parcel.
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly margin of E.E. Harvey Road with
the South line of said Floods First Addition; thence South 45°42'37" East along.
the Easterly line of E.E. Harvey Road 39.22-feet-to the True Point of Beginning;
thence continuing along said Easterly margin 36.54 feet to the P.C. of a curve
having a tangent bearing of North 45°42'37" West, a central angle of 130°05'45",
and a radius of 17.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve 38.60 feet;
thence South 84°23'08" West 35.54 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
