distant 30 feet westerly, measured at right angles, from the following
described line:
Commencing at the intersection. of the centerlines of Auburn Way North and
15th Street N.E thence North 89°16'52" West along the centerline of 15th
Street N . E . 818.56' to the northerly produced centerline of "D" Street, thence
South 0052111" West along the existing centerline of "D" Street and said center-
line produced 893 feet more or less to the South line of said Government Lot 3.
