area bounded by the existing Westerly right-of-way line of Auburn Way

and an atc convex to the Northeast having a radius of 18.00 fleet and
having points of tangency upon the above right-of-way lines. The lands
being conveyed herein contain an areA 'of 70 square feet more or less.
Together with that portion of 'Parcel "A" lying within the area bounded
by the existing Westerly right-of-way line of Auburn Way North and the
existing Northerly right-of-way line of 15th Street N.E., and an arc'
