in hand paid, conveys and warrants to. FRANK EMERY HAYDEN and DOROTHY ANNE HAYDEN,
his wife,the following described real estate, situated in the County of King , State of
Washington:
The east 110 feet of the following: Beginning at the
northeast corner of the southwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 21 North,
Range 5, E.W.M., thence.west along the north line
of said subdivision 844 feet to the true point of

This deed is given in fulfillment of that certain real estate contract between the parties hereto,
dated November 19 , 1962 , and conditioned for the conveyance of the above
described property, and the covenants of warranty herein contained shall not apply to any title,
interest or encumbrance arising by. through or under the purchaser in said contract, and shall not
apply to uny taxes, 'assessments or oth4v charges levied, assessed or becoming due subsequent
to the date of said contract.
