hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Auburn
Auburn , Washington, a municipal corporation Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right-of-way, over, through, under, across, upon and in the
following described real property situate in King
County, Washington, TO-WIT:
That portion of Lot 1, Block 1, Bower and Benedetti Addition as recorded in Volume
`D 50 of Plats, Page 11, Records of King County, Washington, described as follows:

rD Beginning at a point 6.0 feet easterly of the southwest corner on the southerly
boundary of sai.d lot; thence northwesterly to a point on the westerly boundary;
C11 thence 6.0 feet southerly to the southwest corner; thence easterly to the point
C of beginning. Said portion being a triangle at the intersection of Frist Street
Southeast and "R" Street Southeast, City of Auburn.

This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected
will be promptly and properly returned to a condition equal to its original condition
upon each and all completion of construction, operation, maintenance, use, repair and/or
replacement, The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the grantors from
any liability arising from each and all uses contemplated herein. The Grantor agrees
that no structure will be eracted on the easement that would interfere with the use
contemplates} without the written consent of the Grantee.
