CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT,made this 10th day of March , 19 78, between
the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and George I. Trott and Jean D. Trott
"Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of a
Street Improvement Project on adjacent property; said temporary easement
shall terminate upon acceptance of the Street Improvement Project
by the Grantee. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through
and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington,
more particularly described as follows:
Ten feet easterly of the following described property:
The Northwest corner of the following described parcel:
That portion of Tracts One and TwoI,East Auburn Acres; according to plat recorded
in Volume 14 of Plats, page 41, records of King County, Washington, described as
follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Tract One, running thence
northerly along the west line of said Tract One, a distance of 130 feet to the
True Point of Beginning of this description; thence easterly a distance of 128
feet parallel to the southernline of Tracts One and Two; thence northerly a
distance of 140 feet parallel with the west line of Tract One; thence
westerly a distance of 128 feet; parallel with the south line of Tracts One and
Two to the west line of Tract One; thence southerly along the west line of Tract
One to the point of beginning;
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said parcel, thence S 0011104" W, along
west line of Tract One, 90.00 feet; thence, N 2005134t1 E, 90.08 feet, to the
north line of said parcel; thence, S 89039'04" W, 3.00 feet, along north line
to the vest line of Tract One being the point of beginning, containing 134.994
square feet more or less.
