State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire: FOR STREET PURPOSES

of the SW 114 of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, Willamette Meridian,
described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of said Section 19, thence Northerly
along the West line of said Section 19, a distance of 328.20 feet to the true point of
beginning: thence continuing -Mortherly. along the West line of said Section 19, a dis-
tance of 328.20 feet to a point; thence Easterly on a line parallel with the South line
of said Section 19, a distance of 1191.57 feet to a point, thence Southerly on a line
parallel with the westerly line of said Section 19, a distance of 329.30 feet to a point;
thence Westerly on a line parallel with the South line of said Section 19, a distance of
1193.18 feet to the true point of beginning; EXCEPT the Southerly 15 feet thereof for
