the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington; together with all after acquired title of the grantor therein:
The westerly 25 feet of the south half of the southwest quarter of the
southeast quarter of the southwest quarter in Section 19, Township 21
North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington;
EXCEPT roads.
SUBJECT to easements if any of record.
