conveys and quit claims to City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Ki ng State of Washington,
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
That portion of Government Lot 3 in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 19, Township 21 North,
Range 5 East, W.M.; less the Northeast quarter; less the West 450 feet of the South 404
feet; less streets. Situated in the County of King, State of Washington.
Described as follows: That portion of the above described lot, lying Westerly of the
following described line: Beginning at a point on the most Northerly line of said
lot, said point being 51.00 feet right of the new centerline of "A" Street S.E. as
hereinafter described; thence proceeding Southwesterly to a point on the West line
of said lot, said point being right of Station 95+60 on the new centerline of "A"

Beginning at the Southeast corner of, Section 25, -Township 21 North, Range 4
East, W.M., said Southeast corner also being identified as Station 16+97.44
on the new centerline of "A" Street S.E.; thence proceeding along the new
centerline of "A" Street S.E. N 0° 55' 02" E for a distance of 4,208.79
feet, to Station 59+06.23; thence N 0° 18' 56" E for a distance of 1,062.71
feet to Station 69+68.94; thence N 0° 49' 20" E for a distance of 2626.20
feet to Station 95+95.14; thence N V 14' 30" E for a distance of 1472.12
feet to Station 110+67.26, said Station being the paint of curvature of a
curve to the right having a radius of 6,000 feet and a central angle of
