IN THE MATTER OF THE VACATION of a county bridge, the Board finds'

FIRSTS That the Board of County Commissioners# on the 20th day Of
Novemberp 19399 passed Resolution No. 7539 decletring its intention
to v"ate and abandon Bridge No* 76-H.. (Traeger Overcrossing) her
Inafter more particularly describedo and directed the County Aced
Engineer to make an examination and report in writing thereon.
SECONDt That the Board of County Commissioners fixed the 18th day
of Decembero 1939# at 10 o1clockp A. M., an the time for hearing on
the report of the County Road Engineer, and caused due notice of
hearing to be given,, as provided by law,
THIRDI That on the 13th day of Decemberp 1939p tho County Road
Engineer filed his report in writing on said vacation,, as follows#
RThis overhead crossing was inspected by this office in April,
1935, and found to be in very poor condition,, unsafe for SAY
kind of vehicular traffic. It was closed to ti,,,affic by
Resolution No, 5602 dated May 13# 1935o This territory is
served by good roads on each side of the railroad tracks and
the replacin$ of this structure is not necojisary for pub 0
travel, The vacation and abandonment of said bridge and all
right-of-4my pertaining thereto, is recommakdm1off
