described centerline:

be reduced to 6 inches.

with the company standards. In the event
that the owner desires t
o build, construct, install or cause to be
installed any of the above items with the prescribed clearance
distance, the owner shall pay the company reasonable costs to
relocate that facility to a location provided by the owner
