BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and sufficient
consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned Grantor, FOREMOST-McKESSON, INC., a Maryland
corporation, does by these presents hereby convey, setover,
assign, transfer and warrant to the CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal
_j Corporation, the following public improvements: sewer main
Iz and water main. Situated within the following described real

A portion of Lot 1 of Short Plat No. 17-79, recorded under
Recording No. 8005190339, in the City of Auburn, King County,
Washington, more particulary described as:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 1; thence
S 20 32' 30" W along the east line of Lot 1, 415.92 feet;
thence N 880 44' 49" W, 233.02 feet to the west line of
Lot 1; thence north along said west line of Lot 1, 20.00
feet; thence S 880 44' 49" E, 213.01 feet;.thence N 20 32'
30" E, 396.37 feet to a point on the north line of Lot l;
thence S 870 27' 30"'E along said north line, 20.00 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
and the said Grantor hereby warrants that it is the sole owner
of all the property above conveyed; that it has full power to convey the
same and that it will defend the title of the said Grantee against
any and all persons lawfully making claim thereto.
