KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor (s) 3. I. Case Company
do by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer
and warrant to the City of Auburn, King County, Wash., a MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,

attached), the centerline, as measured 7.50 feet to each side being described
as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said Parcel 'A', thence S 12045'23" W,
along the easterly margin of West Valley Highway a distance of 43, 59
feet; Thence continuing along said margin on a curve to the left with a radius of
1874.00 feet, a central algle of 00027'40" and an arc length of 15.08 feet,
to the True Point of Beginning of said centerline; Thence S 88039'29" E,
along said centerline, a distance of 80.00 feet, to the terminus of said
centerline.
