recording number 9704140685, records of King County,
Washington and in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 7,
T 21 N, R 5 E, the centerline of said 15-foot wide strip, as
measured 7.50 feet perpendicular to both sides, being
described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said short plat Thence
N 87°38'26" W, along the south line of said short plat, a
distance of 80.77 feet, to the True Point of Beginning;
