KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.001 and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor (s) Auburn School District
No. 408 do by these presents hereby
convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, King
County, Wash., a MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, the following public improvements
Sanitary Sewer and Water lines as shown on drawings C1-WS and C2-WS by David
Evans and Associates dated August 9, 1990 Situated within the
following described real property:
See the attached SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT, 1 page, dated August 9, 1990 and
WATER TRANSMISSION LINE EASEMENT, 2 pages, dated August 9, 1990,
and the said Grantor (s) hereby warrant that they are the sole owners of all the
property above conveyed; that they have full power to convey the same and that
they will defend the title of the said Grantee against any and all persons
lawfully making claim thereto.

A 15 foot wide easement for the installation, maintenance and repair of sanitary sewer
lines, manholes and appurtenances over, under, across and through the Auburn School
District #408 Hazelwood Elementary School site within a portion of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 2.1 North, Range 5 East,
Willamette Meridian in King County, Washington the centerline of which easement
is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the said Section 9; thence S 89° 54' 41" E along
the north lime of Section 9 (said north line being also the center line of SE 304th St.),
a distance of 439.87 feet; thence S V 05' 19" W, a distance of 30.00 feet to the 'T'RUE
POINT OF BEGINNING (said point being also an intersection point of an existing 8"
City of Auburn sanitary sewer line and the north property boundary of said Auburn
School District site); thence S 57° 04" 38" E, a distance of 368.66 feet; thence South,
a distance of 29.1.4 feet to the TERMINUS of said line.
The sidelines of said 15 foot easement to be extended or shortened to meet at angle

A 1.5 foot wide easement for the installation, maintenance and repair of water
transmission lines, fire hydrants and appurtenances over, under, across and through
Auburn School District #408 Hazelwood Elementary School site within a portion of
the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 9, "Township 21 North,
Range 5 East, Willamette Meridian in King County, Washington, the centerline of
which easement is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Section 9; thence S 89° 54' 4.1" E along the north
line of Section 9 (said north line being also the center lime of SL 304th St.), a distance
of 1,060.73 feet; thence S 0' .11' 26" E, a distance of 30.00 feet to the TRUE; POINT
