For and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and for benefits to be derived by the Grantor herein, Grantor, State of
Washington, State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, Green River Community College by Rick B.
Brumfield, Vice President for Business Affairs, hereby conveys, assigns, transfers and warrants to the City of
Auburn, Grantee herein, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, its successors and assigns the
water supply main line (public improvement) located in the previously granted Easement under, over, through
and across the following described real property:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF.
Said Grantor hereby warrants that it is the sole owner of all the property above conveyed and that they have
full power to convey the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Green River Community College has caused this instrument to be executed by
