Brumfield, Vice President for Business Affairs, hereby conveys, assigns, transfers and warrants to the City of Auburn, Grantee herein, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, its successors and assigns the water supply main line (public improvement) located in the previously granted Easement under, over, through and across the following described real property: SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF.
