acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor Safeway Stores Inc., does by these presents hereby
convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, a Municipal
Corporation in King County, Washington, a fire hydrant, curb, gutter and sidewalk and all
appurtenances or any other associated public facility as shown on the public facility
extension plans referred to as FAC03-0023, the Safeway fuel station development.
Situated within the following described real property.
