quarter of the southeast quarter of the northeast
quarter of Section 30, Township...21 North, Range 5
East, W.M., in King County, Washington lying north
of a 50 foot street and conveyed to the City of
Auburn by instrument recorded under Recording
Number 6122665;
EXCEPT that portion lying within the north 80 feet
of the south 318 feet of the west 110 feet of said
subdivision; and
EXCEPT the west 30 feet for 96th Avenue South; and
EXCEPT that portion lying within "0" Street Southeast.
Subject to Easement to City of Auburn for water main
