from Weyerhaeuser Timber Company, a Washington corpora-
tion, dated May 10, 1946 recorded June 17, 1946, under
Auditor's File No. 35793 7. Said exceptions and reser-
vations are the same as those recorded under Auditor's
File No, 3826822.
II. Existing lease entered into on the 15th day of June,
1965, between Green River Golf & Country Club, as Lessors,
and Guido Peluso, as Lessee, which lease is assumed by the
City of Auburn.
12. The covenant that the City of Auburn, a Municipal
corporation, shall utilize and operate all the real property
hereinabove described being transferred by this deed, by
itself, its agents, employees, in.perpetuity, as and for a reg-
ulation 18-hole golf course (approximately par 72) and public
park purposes on those portions of said property not suited
for golf course, open to the general public.
