as follows: Beg on the Easterly line of Kent-Thomas Road at a
point which is South 880 530 West 138.6 feet and North 00 548
West 348 feet from the Northwest corner of the William H. Brannon
Donation Land Claim No. 37; thence North 890 088 East 726 feet;
thence South 00 540 East 180 feet; thence South 890 088 West to
the Easterly line of said Ken?-Thomas County Road; thence North-
easterly along said Easterly line, to the point of beginning;
