for and inconsideration of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration
conveys and quit claims to City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of K i n g
State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
A strip of land 60 feet wide beginning at the South line of Lot 9 of Maple
Grove Tracts Unrecorded-and terminating at the North line of Lot 9 of Maple
Grove Tracts Unrecorded, the centerline of said strip described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot 9, Maple Grove Tracts,
unrecorded, 825 feet West of the Northeast corner of the South 1/2 of the
William Brannan Donation Claim No. 37, situate in Section 7, Township 21
North, Range 5 East, W.M.; thence North 00°19'50" West parallel to the East
line of said Lot 9, 446,:80 feet; thence 194.74 feet on a curve to the right,
said curve having a radius of 347.615 feet and Delta Angle of 32°05'54";
thence !North 31°46'04" East 54.31 feet to the North line of said Lot 9 and
a point West 85 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 9;
EXCEPT roads previously deeded to King County or the City of Auburn.
