for and inconsideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable consideration to it in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby=acknowledged,.-conveys and quitclaims to the CITY OF AUBURN,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, Grantee, all
of the right, title and interest of the Grantor in and to the
following described real estate situated in the County of King,
State of Washington, for street purposes:
A strip of land, sixty (60) feet in width,
located in that portion of the South Half,
Northeast Quarter, Northeast Quarter (S1/2
NE1/4 NE1/4) of,Section Thirteen (13), Township
Twenty-one (21) North, Range Four (4) East,
Willamette Meridian, lying westerly of the
Burlington Northern, Inc. right of way, King
County, Washington, thirty (30) feet of such
width lying on both sides of the following de-
scribed centerline:
Commencing at the intersection of the South
line of said South Half, Northeast Quarter,
Northeast Quarter (Sl/2 NE1/4 NE1/4) and the
westerly right of way line of the Burlington
Northern, Inc.; thence North eighty-eight de-
grees, eleven minutes, fifty-nine seconds
(88° 11' 59") West along said South line one
hundred thirty-three and thirteen hundredths
(133.13) feet to a point on the existing cen-
terline of "C" Street Northwest, said point
being the True Point of Beginning and being
the P.C. of a curve having a back tangent
bearing South one degree, seven minutes, nine-
teen: seconds (11 07' 19") West.along said cen-
terline of "C".,-Street Northwest, a radius of
two hundred (200) feet, a central angle of
twenty-five degrees, twenty-three minutes,
twenty-seven seconds (250 231 27"), and a
radial bearing of South eighty-eight degrees,
fifty-two minutes, forty-one seconds (88:° 52'
41") East; thence northeasterly along said
curve eighty-eight and sixty-three hundredths
(88.63) feet to the point of tangent; thence
North twenty-six degrees, thirty minutes,

forty-six seconds (26° 30' 46") East, one hun-
dred fifty (150) feet to the P.C.. of a curve
to the left 'having a radius of two'hundred (200)
feet, a central angle of twenty-five degrees,
twenty-three minutes, twenty-seven seconds (251
23' 27") and a radial bearing of North sixty-
three degrees, twenty-nine minutes, fourteen
seconds (63° 29' 14") West; thence northerly
along said curve eighty-eight and sixty-three
hundredths (88.63) feet to a point, said point
being thirty (30.00) feet westerly of the west-
erly boundary of the Burlington Northern, Inc.
right of way; thence North one degree, seven
minutes, nineteen seconds (1° 07' 19") East to
the North line of said South Half, Northeast
Quarter, Northeast Quarter (S1/2 NE1/4 NE1/4);
said sixty (60) foot strip of land abutting
both the South line and the North line of said
South Half,-Northeast Quarter, Northeast Quarter
(S1/2 NE1/4 NE1/4).

personally appeared C.E.Crippen and G.F. Pottinger
to me known to be the P re s i d e n t and Assistant Secrctary
respectively, of MILWAUKEE LAND COMPANY, the corporation that exe-
cuted the within and foregoing instrument, and acknowledged said
instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said cor-
poration, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on
oath stated that they were authorized to execute said instrument,
and that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said corpora-
tion.
