The grantors,FranK D.I6.erritt and Kathleen Merritt, husband
and wife, both residents of auburn, Washington, for and in consid-
eration of One ($l.oo) Dollar, in hand paid, acid for acid in consid-
eration of the benefits to accrue to the grantors herein, their
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,by the use of the real
estate filer einaf ter described as a public street, for the purpose
of widening that certain street in the City of Auburn now known
as "Alzburn Avenue ",.bargain, ell d convey to the Cite of Auburn
a City of the. Third Class situate in the County of King, in the
State of Washington, for use as a public street, and for such use
only„tile following described real estate;
Beginning at a point on the east line of Government Lot 12
in Section 15, Townahip: 21 north of Range 5 east V1-JA-,295
feet and 3 inches south of the north--east corner of said
Lot 12, running thence westerly on a line parallel with the
north line of said Lot 12 a distance of 30 feet to a point,-
thence southerly on a line parallel with the east line of
said Lot 12.a distance.`of 264 feet and 3 inches to a point,
thence easterly on a line parallel with the north line of
said Lot 12 a di s tanc.e of 30 feet to the east line of said
Lot 12, thence northerly along the east line of said Lot 12
a di stance of 20 feet and 3 inches to the, point of begin-
ning;-containing approximately .152 of an acre;
