Feegas Corporation, a Delaware corporation, in
consideration of $2,389 hereby bargains, sells and conveys to
the City of Auburn, a Washington municipality, subject to the
prior rights of others real estate in King County, Washington,
described as a portion of Lot 1 of East Auburn acres as per
plat recorded in Vol. 14 of Plats, Page 41, Official Records of
King County, Washington to wit:
