Tp 21 N, Rg 7 L+', of the 'i'. M., ,particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a. point on the west line of the above-described
quarter quarter section a distance of 98.59 feet N 0" 07' 40" E
from a stone monument at the intersection of the center lines of
-Vest street and Hampshire street in the City of Auburn; thence
N 00 07' 40" R 153.94 feet along the west line of smdLd quarter
quarter section to the south line of Jersey street; thence
N 860 49' 1U" E 30.05 feet along the south line of said jersey
street; thence a 0' 07' 40" +if► 142, 3d feet; thence S 580 411 40" W
35.10 feet to the place of beginning.
