Beginning at the point of intersection of the south line of government lot one in section 18, township 21 N., range 5 E. with the easterly marginal line of C street N. E. in the city of Auburn, running thence easterly along the south line of said government lot 1, a distance of 427.57 ft., more or less to the southwest (SW) corner of Auburn Pub- lic Uity Park, thence northerly along the westerly marginal line of said Auburn Public city Park, a distance of 110 ft. to the true point of beginning; thence westerly on a line parallel with the south line of said government lot 1, a dis- tance of 427.57 ft«, more or less, to the easterly marginal line of U street N.E. in the city of Auburn, thence norther- ly along the easterly marginal line of a street N. E. in the city of Auburn, a distance of 100 ft., thence easterly on a line parallel with the south line of said government lot 1, a distance of 427.57 ft., more or less, to the westerly margin- al line of said Auburn Public city Park, thence southerly in a straight line 100 ft. to the true point of beginning, Situated in the City of Auburn, in the 4ounty of King, State of Washington; To be used for public street and highway purposes and, or, public park purposes, and for such purposes only.
