BARGAIN AND SALE DEED

The grantor, Faueett Estate, Inc., a corporation duly organ-
ized and existing under and pursuant to the laws of the State of
Washington, for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00) in hand
paid, bargains, sells, and conveys to the City of Auburn, a city
of the third class situate in the County of King, in the State of
Washington the following described real estate;
A strip of land one hundred feet in width north and south and
approximately 427.57 ft. long east and west particularly des-
cribed as follows. Beginning at the point of intersection of
the south line of government lot one in section 18, township
21 N., range 5 E. with the easterly marginal line of C street
N. E. in the city of Auburn, running thence easterly along
the south line of said government lot 1, a distance of 427.57
ft., more or less to the southwest (SW) corner of Auburn Pub-
lic Uity Park, thence northerly along the westerly marginal
line of said Auburn Public city Park, a distance of 110 ft.
to the true point of beginning; thence westerly on a line
parallel with the south line of said government lot 1, a dis-
tance of 427.57 ft«, more or less, to the easterly marginal
line of U street N.E. in the city of Auburn, thence norther-
ly along the easterly marginal line of a street N. E. in the
city of Auburn, a distance of 100 ft., thence easterly on a
line parallel with the south line of said government lot 1, a
distance of 427.57 ft., more or less, to the westerly margin-
al line of said Auburn Public city Park, thence southerly in
a straight line 100 ft. to the true point of beginning,
Situated in the City of Auburn, in the 4ounty of King, State
of Washington;
To be used for public street and highway purposes and, or,
public park purposes, and for such purposes only.

A. R. Hilen, to me known to be the secretary, of the corporation
that executed the within and foregoing instrument, and acknowledged
said instrument to be the free and voluntary aot and deed of said
corporation, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on
each
