TOGETHER WITH the following alley and roads as vacated under King
County Superior Court Cause Number 94-2-33395-0:
All of North Avenue between the centerline of the 20 foot wide alley
platted in Block 2 of said plat and the centerline of "A" Street as
platted; and
That portion of "All Street lying westerly of the platted centerline

The City of Auburn has determined that you are entitled to a replacement-housing
supplement in the amount of $17,130.00 under the City Relocation Assistance Program.
This amount may be used for the purchase of property located at:
19810 63'a Avenue Court E, Spanaway, WA 98387
The City is forwarding this amountinto an escrow account for your benefit to be held by
Transnation Title Insurance Company in anticipation of closing on the dwelling described
above. The funds are allocated for the purchase of the above stated property provided
you and Transnation Title agree to the following:
fl . The entire amount is to be applied to the acquisition price and any incidental closing
costs and space rental except prepaid expenses.
,.2. Should the full amount of $17,130.00 be more than what is needed for the purchase
and closing costs, the entitlement will be reduced and the difference refunded to the
City of Auburn.
3. The full amount of $17,130.00 is available only on the condition that the purchase is
completed and you occupy the dwelling.
4. The closing statement must include, at a minimum: (1) the closing date of escrow, (2)
approval signatures, (3) certification that.the statement is true and correct, (4) copy of
recorded instruments showing all parties to be in' ownership.

5. In the event you are unable to complete the purchase the full amount of $17,130.00 is
to be returned to the City of Auburn at the above address less any escrow cancellation
fee.
