STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
THE GRANTOR, West Valley Partners, LLC, a limited liability company
for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King, State of Washington:
For Public Roadway and Utility Purposes
That portion of Tract 16 of White River Valley Home Tracts, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Volume 13 of Plats, Page 17, King Co., Washington, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Tract 16; thence S00 17'39"W 30.00
feet; thence S89 59'29"W, parallel with the North line of said Tract 16 a distance
of 901.94 feet to a point of tangent curve to the left; thence along the arc of said
curve, having a radius of 35.00 feet, through a central angle of 90 05'31" a
distance of 55.03 feet; thence N00 06'02"W 65.06 feet to the North line of said
Tract 16; thence N89 59'29"E, along said North line 937.20 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
This deed is given under the threat of and in lieu of Eminent Domain.
