EAS'MNT TO THE CITY OF AUBURN
WHEREAS the undersigned, Leonard Billington and " Billington, his '
wife, are the owners of the West 200 feet of that portio of Lot 14 in Riverview
Addition to the Town of Auburn situate on the Easterly side of and fronting on "B"
St. S.E. in said city; and
WIIEF3EAS there is now in operation a public sewer in a public alley extending
in a northerly and southerly direction in said public alley, which public alley
is about 126 feet East of said "B" St. S.E., and which alley ends at the South line
of said lot 14; and
WMEAS there is now situate on the said real estate owned by the undersigned
near the westerly end thereof, a dwelling house,and the undersigned has proposed
to construct a dwelling house on another portion of said real estate owned by them,
such other house to be constructed more than 130 feet East of the East line of "B"
St. S.E.; and
WHEREAS heretofore the undersigned have caused said sewer to extend northerly
upon the said property of the undersigned, a d'istgnca of about / feet, to per-
mit connections to be made ther ith said two dwelling'houses, the City of Auburn
consenting thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the undersigned hereby
give and grant to the City of Auburn a perpetual easement to go upon the South
16 feet of the East 16 feet of the West 126 feet of that portion of Lot 14 of
Riverview Addition to Auburn, Washington, situate on the Easterly side of "B" St.
S.E. in maid city for the purpose of inspecting the sewer connections above referred
to and, if necessary, making the proper repairs to such connections, or ordering the
then owners of said dwelling houses, or of either of said dwelling houses, to make
such needed repairs.
