the left having a radius of 52.50 feet, a radial bearing of North 16053155" East,
and a central angle of 16015136"; th along said curve 14.90 feet to a point of
reverse curve; th along a curve to the right having a radius of 47.50 feet; a
radial bearing of North 0038119" East, and a central angle of 1601513611, a distance
of 13.48 feet to the point of tangency, said point of tangency being on the South-
