Request:
A variance request to allow a shed to be two (2) feet away from the rear
property line. The required rear setback for a detached structure in the R-
10 zone is five (5) feet. The shed is currently attached to the north wall of
a detached garage that is five (5) feet from the rear property line.

Request:
U-Haul is requesting a variance to sign height zoning standards to allow a sixty-
five (65) foot high freestanding sign when only a thirty (30) foot sign would be
allowed. The freestanding sign will consist of two pylons together with sign
cabinets that will spell U-Haul and advertise the company’s moving and storage
services.
