AkV~IYD J. LYVER does hereby grant and convey to the
CITY OF AUBURN an easement over and across, upon and under-
neath, the following described land for ingress and egress
and for the purpose of laying, maintaining and installing a
sanitary sewer line, said land being described as follows:
The north 15 feet of the East 64.6 feet and the
East 15 feet of the following described Lot 4:
Commnecing at the Northeast corner of the
Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 21
