HomeMy WebLinkAbout3592 ORDINANCE NO. 3 5 9 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 13.28.010, RELATING TO UTILITY BILL COLLECTION, CONTRACTS - AUTHORIZED. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 13.28.010, relating, to Utility Bill Collection, Contracts - Authorized, is hereby amended to read as follows: "13.28.010 Contracts - Authorized. The mayor and city clerk are authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the city; and to secure the proper execution of, contracts for the collection of.municipallutility bills by the following designated local merchants: A. Peckenpaugh Drugs, "M" Street Northeast and Main, Auburn, Washington; B. Frostad's Rexall Pharmacy, 2 West Main Street, Auburn, Washington; C Fisher Drugs, 1813 Howard Road, Auburn, Washington; and such other additional local merchants or banks as the city council may hereafter designate by resolution." Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
