THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: . . . Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 10.12.120 relating to inceases and decreases in speed limits on state highways, is here6y amended . to read as follows: . "Auburn Way South (Sign Route 164), from a point eight • hundred feet southeasterly of a permanent (at ground level) marker on the north shoulder of the roadway, . which is the easterly P.C. of the first horizontal ' • '•cur"ve'east of Hemlock Street Southeast, easterly to • ' r- the'south city limits ........................((49-mpb) 45 mph , . . . at all times." Section 2.
