N0. 1345 (SEPTEMBER 15, 1959) RELATING TO THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN ALLEY m 4 MORE PARTICUCARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ADDING NEW SECTIONS THERETO CALLING GO FOR THE RETENTION OF AN EASEMENT THEREON THROUGH T,HE CITY OF AUBURN FOR 5 ALL UTILITIES AND CALLING fOR THE RECORDING THEREOFcc"-' Q ~ 6 WHEREAS, Auburn City Ordinance 1345 was passed,-;atra'.regu~lar Auburn City ;g 7 Council.Meeting on September 15, 1959,j;pertainingto the vacation of an alley 8 ore particularly'hereinafter described; and 9 WHEREAS, in the body of that ordinance the reterition of'a reservation of 10 an easement thereon to the City of Auburn for all ut'ilities was omitted 11 erroneously and also the proviso that said ordinance 6e recorded iri the Office 12 of the King County Auditor, 13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHIN6TON, DO 14 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 15 Section 1. There is herewith added to Auburn City Ordinance No. 1345 16 relating to the vacation of all that alley lying between Lots 7 through 11,' 17 Block 1; Hartman's First Addition, King County, Washington, the following new 18 sections. 19 "A condition.of"this alley vacation will be the reservation of an easement 20 thereon to the City of Auburn, Washington, for all utilities, and upon ~ .r . 21 •F passage, approval, and.publ,ication of this ordinance as prescribed by law, a 22 certif.ied copy thereof as well as a certified copy of Ordinance No. 1345, 23, will be recorded in'the Office of the King County Auditor." 24 ' Section 2.
