Construction Cost: Cost of hook-up and installation of the line to Grantees' adjacent property will be borne by Grantee. 4. Maintenance: Grantor and Grantees, their heirs and assigns, will share the expense of maintaining the sewer lines after installation. 5 . City Approval: Hook-up and use of the sewer line extension is subject to the approval of the City of Auburn. 6. Limitation of Service: It is understood that the sewer line extension contemplated under this easement is limited to serve the office and restrooms proposed to be developed by Grantees at the time of execution of this easement. Any expansion of use by Grantees is subject to approval of Grantor and the City of Auburn. 7 . Termination: This easement will terminate at such time that the City of Auburn makes available sewer service to Grantees' adjacent land which is being served by this temporary connection or at such time as Grantees' future development cannot be adequately served by the service line contemplated under this agreement as approved by the City . 8.
