consideration of the receipt of $1 . 00, conveys and grants to PHIRAT
and BRENDA SUPASATIT, doing business as AUBURN AUTO TRADING, an
easement and right to hook up to an existing sanitary sewer located 3
on the following described property and to extend said line to
grantees' adjacent property .
1 . Servient Estate: A portion of Tract 31 of White River
Valley Home Tracts described as follows :
Beginning at the junction of the East line of said tract
with the West line of Auburn Way North, thence south
along the East line of the tract 7 feet, thence South 59°
27' 00" West 49 feet, thence North 32° 16' 00" West 124 ',
feet, thence North 65° 31 ' 00" East 53 feet to the West
line of Auburn Way North, thence Southerly along said �.
West line 112 feet more or less to the point of
beginning, all in Auburn, King County, Washington.

3 . Construction Cost: Cost of hook-up and installation of
the line to Grantees' adjacent property will be borne by Grantee.
4. Maintenance: Grantor and Grantees, their heirs and
assigns, will share the expense of maintaining the sewer lines
after installation.
5 . City Approval: Hook-up and use of the sewer line
extension is subject to the approval of the City of Auburn.
6. Limitation of Service: It is understood that the sewer
line extension contemplated under this easement is limited to serve
the office and restrooms proposed to be developed by Grantees at
the time of execution of this easement. Any expansion of use by
Grantees is subject to approval of Grantor and the City of Auburn.
7 . Termination: This easement will terminate at such time
that the City of Auburn makes available sewer service to Grantees'
adjacent land which is being served by this temporary connection or
at such time as Grantees' future development cannot be adequately
served by the service line contemplated under this agreement as
approved by the City .
8. Arbitration: In the event that matters of enforcement,
interpretation, or application of this agreement arise, the parties
hereto, their heirs and assigns, agree that such matters may be
resolved by submitting such matters for arbitration under the Rules

100 of Mandatory Arbitration of the King County Superior Court.
04 Reasonable fees and costs shall be determined and allocated by the-
