03 WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these
presents grant unto the Grantee a perpetual right-of-way or easement
for sewer mains with the necessary appurtenances through, over and
across the following described property situated in King County,
Washington.
The North 20 feet of the West 1/2 of Tract A, as delineated on
,,Christopher-Gar``den'-tracts, according to plat thereof recorded in
volume 23 of plats page-6, records of King County, Washington.
TOGETHER WITH a temporary construction easement described as
the North 65 feet of the said West 1/2 of Tract A.

That said Grantee shall have the right without prior
institution of any suit or proceeding at law, at times as may
be necessary, to enter upon said property for the purpose of
constructing, repairing, altering, or reconstructing said Sewer
Main, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any
legal obligation or liability therefor; provided that such con-
structing, repairing, altering or reconstructing of said Sewer
Main shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private
improvements existing in this right-of-way shall not be disturbed
or destroyed, or in the event they are disturbed or destroyed,
they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immedi-
ately before the property.was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of
said easement, so long as said use does not interfere with the
installation and maintenance of the Sewer Main, and so long as
no permanent buildings or structures are erected on said easement.
Ln This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and

EMENT made this 47 - day 1970, between the

GRANTEE" and Gwendoline L. Kinne, Manager of the Estate of Ethel Jane
Love
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of the Valley
Freeway (S.R. 167) and 37th Street N.W.. Said temporary easement shall terminate
upon acceptance of the street for maintenance and operation by the Grantee. It is
further understood that the Washington State Highway Department will restore said
easement to its original condition. The said temporary right-of-way or easement
shall be through and across the following described property situated in King County,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:
All that part of the following described Parcel "A" lying within a strip of
land 15 feet in width-lying Northerly of, adjacent to and parallel with the
following described line:
Begin at a ,point 65 feet distant Northerly when measured at right angles fro
m
the 37th Street N.W. center line survey of S.R. 167 Auburn: 17th Street S.W.
to South 285th Street at Highway Engineers.Station 6+80 (hereinafter referred
to as H.E.S.); thence Easterly in,a straight line to a point 95 feet distant
Northerly when measured at right angles from said center line at H.E.S. 10+00;
thence continuing Easterly in a straight line to point opposite H.E.S. 664+
89.44 135 feet distant when measured at right angles to the center line of said
S.R. 167, and end of this line description.
