THIS AGREEMENT, made this 27th day of June , 19_a6~, between the
CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington, hereinafter termed
"Grantee", and The Southland Employees' Trust, "Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-way or
easement to be used only during construction of public bus stop improvements on adjacent property;
said temporary easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance from the City of Auburn, or
on January 1, 1997, whichever comes first. The-said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be
through and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington, more
particularly described as follows:
That portion of.
Lot 1, North Auburn 9, according to the plat thereof, recorded in volume 115 of plats,
pages 14 and 15, records of King County, Washington;
Described as follows:
The west 12.0 feet of the south 20.0 feet of the north 25.0 feet of the above described
property.
