Inc., a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey unto the,
City of Auburn, State of Washington, a municipal corporation,
hereinafter referred to as "City", and its successors and
assigns, an easement for the right to construct, maintain and
operate an 8-inch water line and appurtenances thereto, in,
through, and under the parcel of land described as follows,
to-wit:

Washington, EXCEPT that portion thereof deeded to the
City of Auburn for road purposes under Recording
No. 8212290515, Records of King County, Washington;
thence S 01033156" W, along the West line of said Lot
No. 2 a distance of 45.04 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence continuing S 01033'56" W, along said
West line, a distance of 25.02 feet; thence S 86009102"
E, parallel with the North line of said Lot No. 2, a
distance of 283.67 .feet; thence S 03050158" W, a
distance of 70.00 feet; thence S 860091021' E, a
distance of 20.00 feet; thence N 0305015811 E, a
distance of 90.00 feet; thence N 86009102" W, a
distance of 284.45 feet; thence N 0103315611 E, a
distance of 5.01 feet; thence N 86009102" W, a distance
of 20,02 feet to the,True Point of Beginning.
To have and to hold unto said City its successors and
assigns, together with the right of ingress and egress from said
premises for the purpose of constructing, inspecting, maintaining
or operating said 8-inch water line at the will of City. Grantor
may; following construction of said 8-inch water line, continue
to us'e~the- s`u`rface- of~- the 'easement strip, conveyed hereby for
other purposes, subject to the right of City to use the same for
the purposes herein expressed.
It is further agreed as follows:
1. That no buildings, improvements, or other
structures shall be placed in, on, over or across said
easement strip by Grantor, its successors or assigns,
without express. approval of City. Improvements which
may be approved by.City include landscaping or road,
street or parking area surfacing or pavement.
2. The. City will replace or rebuild any and'
damage to permitted improvements causecl, h,~ City. ,
exercising its rights of inspecting or maintaining said

8-inch waterline, except that, damage to, or loss of,
trees and shrubbery will not be compensated by City.

3. This easement, i.s also for the benefit of any
contractor, agent, employee, or representative of City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Easement Agreement has been
