and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
a water main and appurtenances thereof

recorded in Volume 136 of Plats, Pages 80 and 81 and 82, records of
King County, Washington, situate in the southwest quarter of Section
5, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.
