PACCAR Inc, a Delaware corporation, does hereby convey and quitclaim to the
CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement over and across, upon and
° underneath the following described land for ingress and egress and for the purposes
of laying, maintaining and installing a Waterline and Appurtenances
said land being described as:
A waterline easement 15 feet in width over that portion of Lot 18, AUBURN
PARK OF INDUSTRY DIVISION NO. il', according to the plat recorded in
Volume 114 of Plats, pages 5 and 6, in King County, Washington as further
described on Exhibits A and B attached hereto and incorporated herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be
executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereto offered this2iAday
of Augu 4 1998.

County, Washington, included within a strip of land 15 feet in width, lying 7.5 feet on
each side of the following described centerline:
COMMENCING at the Northwest comer of the above-described Parcel;
THENCE S 88°49' 17" E along the North line of the above described Parcel, 212.84 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE S01 °10'43"W, 31.19 feet to the Terminus of this centerline description.
