Said easement being described as follows, to-wit: r-► a That portion of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section ! 11, Township 21 N, Range 4 EWM, City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, more particularly des- cribed as follows: BEGINNING at the NE corner of said SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; THENCE S 89°50'15" W, 64.29 feet along the North line of said SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 to a point of curvature; THENCE Easterly 67.85 feet along the arc of a nontangent curve to the left, having a radius to 123.56 feet, the radius point of which bears N 33°18'52" E, through a central angle of 31°27'38" to the East line of said SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; THENCE N O1°11'11" E, 20.43 feet along said East line to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 0.02 acres (864 square feet), more or less. Grantee shall at all time have the right of full and free ingress and egress from said property for the purposes herein mentioned with the understanding that Grantee shall be responsible for all damage it causes Grantor by the exercise of the rights and privileges herein granted.
