KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
being the fee owner(s) of the following described property:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of e-`*i
IMO# Township 21 North, Range -4 East, Willamette Meridian, in King Coun y,
Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence
S 86 21'31"E along the North line of said Northwest Quarter 36.03 feet
to the East line of the West-36.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter, and
the TRUE-POINT OF BEGINNING; therice'continuing S 86 2131"E 526.36 feet;,
thence S 3 38129"W 421.00 feet; thence N 86 21'3111W 508.35 feet to the
East line of the West 36.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter; thence
N 1 11'27"E parallel with the West line of said Northwest Quarter 421.39
feet to the point of beginning.`
SUBJECT to an easement for water e and sanitary sewer Purposes over,
under and across the West 25.feet of the South 16U~et of said lot 1 as

do hereby declare, convey and quit claim, and dedicate the following
described easements over, under, across and'thru said premises:
The West 20 feet, the West 1:5 feet of the East 22.5 feet, the West 255
feet-of.the East 264 feet of the North 17.5 feet, the North 28 feet of the
West 15 feet of the East 264 feet, the South 35 feet of the West 15
feet of the East 275 feet,and the North"50 feet`of the South 129 feet,
except the East 395.86 feet thereof, and the West 50 feet of the South
139 feet.
PURPOSE: The afore-described easement is hereby created and dedicated for
the purpose of providing 'ingress and egress from all portions of the
realty first above described abutting thereon and for installation in said
easement premises.of alII utilities.including', but not by way of limitation,
water, sewer, storm sewer, gas, electricity, and power lines.
BENEFITS,: The afore-described easement is hereby dedicated for the use
and benefit of all portions of the reality first above described abutting
on any of said easement, and the owner or owners thereof,their heirs,
successors, and assigns; and said easement shall be deemed covenants
running with the land.
MAINTENANCE: All maintenance, repair and/or rebuilding of private roads
or easement roads described in the attached legal shall be by the owner of
the parcel having access therefrom and their heirs, assigns, or successors,
unless and until such roads are improved to King County standards and are
dedicated to and accepted by King County.
