The Grantor, BNL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware
corporation, for valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby GRANT to the
CITY of AUBURN, Washington, an easement to use for public
street and appurtenant purposes, the following described
real estate situated in the City of Auburn, King County,
Washington:
The West 25 feet of the East 430 feet
of the South 883.04 feet of the North
one-half of Joseph Brannon Donation
Land Claim No. 38, in Section 7,
Township 21 North, Range 5 East,
Willamette Meridian.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto
the City of Auburn and its successor or successors for the
use of the public so long as the same shall be used for the
purposes herein defined.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this
