'r.P.O.B.; thence west parallel to the south boundary of said ft.; thence S 87042,2711 W, 50-ft. to a point 5.00 ft. north Lot No. 33,_JZ.5�. of the south boundary of said Lot No. 33; thence west parallel to the south boundary of said Lot No. 33 a distance of 65.00 ft. less the above -described portion of Lot No. 33 located in the east one half of said Lot No. 33, plus the south 15 ft. of the West 6 ft. less right-of-way of Lot No. 33, Block No. 2 of the above said plat. Said Grantee shall have the right, without prior institution of any suit or proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said easement for the purpose of constructing roadway improvements without incurring any legal obligation or liiability therefor; provided that such construction shall be accomplished in s�,jch a manner that private improvements shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
