do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation, its
successors and assigns, the perpetual right, permit, license and easement to use
and occupy the herinafter described lands for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining highway slopes in excavation and/or embankment, together with the
right to construct arid maintain a drainage system, together with the right to
construct, erect, alter, repair, operate, enlarge, replace, maintain and keep
